Preconstruction Meeting
Every Haskell Home begins with a comprehensive review of each of your options and customized features. Construction drawings are finalized and approved by you prior to breaking ground on your new home.

Positioning and Ground Elevation
A Haskell Homes job foreman or excavation contractor will be available for onsite visits to discuss your special requests such as technical landscaping plans or retaining walls.

Walk Through Inspection
Upon substantial completion of your home, a preliminary walk through will be conducted with the job foreman and a company officer. This visit will identify any final corrections or concerns to be addressed prior to a final walk through inspection during the following week.
